WFF is organised by the Association for Supporting and Promoting of Artists (ASPA). The association was formed with the desire of creating an artistic climate favourable for the expression of cultural and artistic values.
ASPA is the initiative of a group of people involved in social and cultural life, experienced in organising events and connected to the national and international culture circuit. Its mission is to facilitate intermediate and exploit the interaction between human beings and arts, architecture, philosophy, ecology, technology and their relevance to the notion of city.
The ASPA’s main objective is to promote multiculturalism and to support intercultural exchange. ASPA collaborates with artists, NGOs, cultural centres and institutions.
